Mr. Bibhuti Bhushan Mishra has been practising across various courts of India, more specifically in Delhi dealing in Human Rights Law, Criminal law, Consumer Cases, Civil law and other fields of law since past many years. After completing his LL.B. from University of Delhi, he joined the profession and was perturbed to witness the existing system wherein justice is inaccessible to many. He was unwilling to accept it and thus got imbued with a sense of purpose to make justice accessible to even those persons for whom it has remained an illusion. The idea was to render services from the mightiest to even poorest of the poor and with this vision he founded the firm named “Justice Oasis” with the motto of making justice accessible to all.

He has always seen “the law” as a literature with some palpable applications vis-à-vis being capable of changing lives. During his years of practice, through amalgam of traditional as well as his unorthodox approaches and legal acumen he has always ensured that this belief is reinforced.

Besides being an advocate, he has keen interest in academics and he is also author of a book titled “Moot Court & Mock Trial: A Practical Exposure” as well as of research papers on various topics. He has also delivered lectures in various academic institutions on different subjects and aspects of law.
