Ms. Shivalika has been actively practising and contributing to “Justice Oasis” through her expertise in Family Law as well as various other areas of law. She has been advocating for the rights of the poor by filing Public Interest Litigations ever since her days of studying LL.B. After having completed her LL.B. from University of Delhi she immediately joined advocacy and has been practising since then. She has also been an alumnus of Hans Raj College, University of Delhi.

 

Her unparallel research abilities and extensive fact finding distinguishes her from ordinary and she is thus an asset to the firm. In order to gain varied experience in the field of law she has also served the hon’ble Supreme Court of India as a law research associate. She strongly believes in the words of Margaret Atwood that, "Never pray for justice, because you might get some." and ensure it to be true for her clients. She being a law enthusiast always find the words of Theodore Parker apt when he says, "The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice."
