Niharika Punn is a dedicated advocate having graduated from University of Delhi. Subsequently she gained valuable experience in legal research and drafting for NHAI arbitration and NCDRC matters, which sharpened her capabilities in client communication and meticulous legal documentation. Progressing under guidance, she has adeptly handled cases under Section 138 of the NI Act, alongside managing sensitive Domestic Violence and divorce matters, where she refined her skills in case management and courtroom litigation.

 

Currently, she handles service matters at the Delhi High Court, focusing primarily on cases related to army personnel. Her responsibilities include drafting comprehensive writ petitions, replies, rejoinders, and conducting rigorous legal research. She represents clients fervently in court while efficiently managing all requisite documentation.
